Registration, Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy

Before fulfilling the Application form, please make sure you read the Contra Indications of the course / workshop / activity or therapy that you are applying for.

1. Dates and prices are subject to change without notice. For all programs, students and clients are subject to the suggested payment in effect at the time of registration.

4. After submit the form online, we will give you the confirmation and information for the next step, the payment.

5. Proceed to payment and send to us the confirmation of the transaction;

6. When we have the payment received you will receive a email confirmation for attending to the Course / Workshop / Activity or Therapy.

8. Method of payment: Money Transfer, Western Union or Cash.

Hotel Accommodations
Hotel accommodations are not included in the price of the events registration.

Registration passes
Passes are non-refundable except on the event.

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the program. email the Sonia Indigo Academy Customer Service Department at least 30 days prior to the event to transfer your enrollment. A 500Inr fee will apply. Previously transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible.
If you are unable to attend and do not wish to substitute, contact our Customer Service Department. We will convert your enrollment to a non-refundable voucher which must be used within one year from your original event date. Some restrictions apply. This voucher is valid for the events, therapies and private sessions on the Indigo Academy.
Once the event commences, Customers seeking a refund will need to visit our Customer Service booth during the Day 1 afternoon meal break at the event. Refunds are authorized at the event only. You must have attended the event up until the Day 1 afternoon meal break and request your refund at the Customer Service Desk during the Day 1 afternoon meal break. At your option, we will apply your tuition to any Sonia Indigo’s event, or send you a full refund. Simply turn in your workbook to Sonia Indigo at the end of the 1st morning. Complimentary enrollments are not eligible for refund.

Reservation of your place

To reserve your place, is required payment  in advance with the course inscription.

Information about your passes:
Your event passes can be viewed and printed from the confirmation email you will receive after the payment is confirmed.
You’ll need to print your event passes and bring them with you to the event as this is your pass into the event.

Please read carefully before signing up:

1. Should any unforeseen circumstances require us to modify the Course / Workshop / Activity or Therapy schedule, your teacher/therapist will make all the efforts to give prior notice and rearrange any postponed classes as necessary.

2. Any missed class will not be repeated. It is your responsibility to be diligent and punctual.

3. The teachers / therapists are fully dedicated with their teachings and supports their students in their spiritual growth with her highest reach, and therefore they would like to work and teach only those who are fully dedicated to study and go deeper in Yoga, Massage, Reiki or Life Coach.

4. Bad behavior is not allowed in the classes / therapy’s or out side with teachers /  therapists, other students or staff, you may be asked to leave the training without any refund, so please be respectful towards others.

  1. Acceptance on the course depends on acquiring a tourist visa.

  2. Foreign Nationals are required to bring their original passport with a valid visa for India.
